Nothing in these Terms modifies or supersedes any separately executed agreement; in the event of conflict, the separate agreement controls. These Terms govern only your use of the Website and create no service obligations, warranties, or commitments related to professional engagements.
The Website may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources not owned or controlled by AI Standards Inc., provided for convenience only. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for third-party content or practices. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America and the state of AI Standards Inc.'s incorporation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any claim must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues, or it is permanently barred.
